Nick's Story

We sat down with Nick, a Moment member since October 2022, to chat about his cooking journey.

Why did you join Moment?

I have always wanted to be a chef, but never found the time to retrain. Moment has given me the skills and lessons to cook like a chef. Rather than learning stock recipes, I now have the life long skills to create any meal I want, without needing to attend & invest in an intensive cookery school.

How have you found your journey?

I love to cook, but found I was always making the same dishes. Since using Moment I have a learned new skills, giving me the confidence to create my own recipes. I even was confident enough to host a 5 course supper club for 16 close friends. I cannot recommend it enough’
